Tara and Brad held there wedding on Redhead Beach in Lake Macquarie. Followed by a reception at Redhead Surf Life Saving Club. “We chose Redhead for a wedding location as it is just beautiful. We always wanted a beach wedding, and it made sense as we always spend time at Redhead, and Brad proposed to me at nearby Dudley Beach.”
CEREMONY
“Our ceremony couldn’t have been more perfect! The weather was definitely in our favour, and everything looked amazing. We wanted something light-hearted and fun. We supplied drinks prior to the ceremony and one of Brad’s groomsmen was also our flower boy which everyone got a kick out of.”
RECEPTION
“Our reception at Redhead Surf Club was beautiful. Guests enjoyed drinks on the deck whilst taking in the spectacular views of the beach. We didn’t need much in the way of styling with such an amazing outlook. Our theme was romantic boho…red, toffee, pink and beige.”
DETAILS
“My dress was custom made less than 3 months before the wedding by the wonderful Sarah from Sarah Joseph Couture. She made the whole process a breeze and I was so thrilled with the end result. My bridesmaids wore different styled dresses in the same colour. This looked so lovely and allowed everyone to select a dress they were comfortable in. The boys wore suits purchased from Connor.
We had the most wonderful day. A highlight were all of the beautiful speeches and of course…the dance floor.”
