For Rebecca and Greg, the strangest thing about planning their wedding, was that they had never been to one like it before – but they knew exactly what they wanted. They wanted their day to be special, and to share it with their very nearest and dearest… and they didn’t let a little guest list of 35 stop them from going all out. Mirror balls, velvet couches, a champagne tower, confetti, and floral installations were a must!
CEREMONY
“Our ceremony so much fun. To decide our witnesses, we had a little game show trivia game (as Greg and I are giant game nerds). And we exited our ceremony to the sweet sounds of “I want it that way” by the Backstreet Boys.
We threw out all tradition and started from the ground up, and every decision was special for us. For our bridal party, I had my sister, and 2 brothers and Greg had his 3 brothers. Our flower girls were our mums and Greg’s Grandma was our ring bearer.”
RECEPTION
“The food was incredibly important to us, and our caterers VIP Private Chef custom grew ALL ingredients and curated the most delicious Moroccan feast and preserved lemons as garnish. It felt like a big family dinner with full glasses and full hearts. For dessert, nothing better than doughnuts and gelato. We danced and partied until the early hours of the morning and we have been reminiscing on this magical day since.”
DETAILS
“There were lots of special details in our decor. Greg built our wedding arbour, and our bar was built by Greg and his dad.”
