SHIPPING
Goods will be delivered by Australia Post at a flat rate of $9.95. Delivery is free for all purchases over $200.
We will aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 days of an order being received. This cannot be guaranteed but we will try our best.
Delivery time is usually 2-7 business days from dispatch depending on your location.
Once orders are dispatched, any delays with delivery are out of our control.
We deliver Australia wide. All goods will be dispatched from Newcastle, NSW.

If any orders are returned to us due to an incorrect/insufficient address, inability to access a property or failure to collect from the local Australia Post outlet, there will be a re-delivery charge at the standard shipping rate.
RETURNS
We offer exchanges or refunds on all items – we simply ask that you pay for the return shipping. All merchandise must be returned unopened, unused and in its original packaging.
