When Meredith and Erik purchased a copy of Hunter Valley Wedding Planner magazine, they saw Dark Horse Vineyard featured inside and knew straight away that the venue was perfect for them.

CEREMONY
“We had our ceremony in the undercover pavilion, where our guest greeted the groom and groomsmen as they arrived in helicopters in the paddock. Our ceremony was followed by a spectacular champagne tower which was such a fun way to finish.”

RECEPTION
“Dark Horse looked spectacular…the grounds, the house, and the barn – everything was exactly how we imagined. Very little styling was needed as the venue speaks for itself. Our night rolled along seamlessly with the most delicious food, service, dancing, speeches, and cake.”

Our photographer Bryce was awesome at reading the room, not forcing things that didn’t look right and capturing the most incredibly memories of our day. We can’t thank him enough.
