At Sprout Catering our aim is simple, to make your event one to remember with deliciously wholesome food and exceptional service. We strive to exceed your expectations.

Sprout Catering was started by two award-winning chefs Jacqueline and Tom Brown in 2009. Combined, this award-winning chef couple have some impressive credentials and experience. In 2005, Jacque won the Josephine Pignolet Young Chef Award and has been the Head Chef of the 2 Chef’s Hat restaurant, Sean’s Panaroma in Sydney. She has also worked in London’s iconic River Cafe and has worked alongside Gordon Ramsay.

Tom has worked in some of the top restaurants in Sydney and abroad, including Quay Restaurant Sydney, The Icebergs Dining Room & Bar and the world renowned River Café in London. Whilst in the UK, Tom worked with Tom Aikens, who is ranked amongst one of the top chef’s in the world!

 

SPROUT PACKAGES
Sprout Catering is all about fresh and tasty food and they are always at the forefront of the newest food trends.

Sprout caters to many styles of cuisine and service, however, Jacque advises couples to “only think of themselves” and choose what they enjoy eating. She loves planning menus around her couple’s tastes, as she says, “it’s their special day after all!”

Whether you are looking for quirky food stations, classic sit down or cocktail events, Jacque and her team at Sprout Catering can assist you! Head to their website to check out their range of packages… they also make beautiful wedding cakes and desserts!

 

SPROUT VENUES
Sprout is fully equipped and can cater anywhere but they also exclusively cater two amazing (and very different!) wedding venues in the Hunter, plus a cafe in Broadmeadow. 

Tocal Homestead
A private venue set amongst a spectacular rural landscape. History abounds as you take in features of the iconic homestead, barn, outbuildings and surrounds.

The Crown and Anchor Hotel
The perfect venue for someone looking for a lovely space with no fuss. It’s all about great food, drinks and service. Now, lets be honest, no one wants their day to end… so being able to party through ‘til 3am is a huge bonus!

Sprout Kitchen Catering
Offering delicious breakfast, lunches, good coffee and sweet treats. Find the regularly changing menu on instagram @sproutkitchencatering.
